Job Description
Automotive Service Advisor LBJ Chevrolet, Inc. 815 East Washington Street, Nashville, NC 27856 “`Duties“`
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them for the technician to insure timely repairs
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service schedule
- Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval having thoroughly explained the charges to the customer.
- Advise customers of all available services and explain advantages of completing recommended services.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions “`Requirements“`
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor (or related field) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems
