This position requires exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the Automotive industry. The primary role of this position is to act as the liaison between the customer and service technicians and provide recommended repairs and service for the customers. The successful candidate will have a commitment to above-and-beyond customer service and a keen eye for detail. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for creating a comfortable and enjoyable customer experience. Compensation & Benefits The Automotive Service Advisor is a Full Time – base plus commission Customer Service role and will receive a compensation package of between $40000 to $120000 per year, paid semimonthly. In addition, Audi Cape Fear offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and create an enjoyable customer experience. Handle customer inquiries about service and repairs. Receive repair orders and ensure that the customer completely understands the cost and timeline of the work to be performed. Assist with scheduling appointments. Review customer invoices before payment is due. Generate and complete service paperwork. Provide feedback on maintenance and repair suggestions to management. Maintain awareness of current promotions and specials. Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner. Provide a professional, positive and personable customer experience. Promote customer loyalty through customer service delivery.
