Summary We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team at Advanced Maintenance. In this role, you will be working with our customers, ensuring their service needs are met while facilitating effective communication between customers and our mechanics. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as the nation’s number one fleet service company. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between customers and the service department. Accurately document customer concerns and service requests. Prepare detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance services. Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their needs were met. Maintaining Shop bays Stock and Inventory Ensuring parts are documented and staged for its use on repair jobs Maintaining shop bays in clean and organized manner. Requirements Proven experience in service writing or a related role within the automotive industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Ability to prepare accurate estimates for services offered. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic understanding of diesel engine repair is a plus.
