Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide prompt and courteous service. Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and provide detailed estimates for repairs. Explain repair recommendations and options to customers in a clear and concise manner. Obtain customer approval for repairs and schedule appointments. Monitor the progress of repairs and ensure timely completion. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service transactions. Upsell additional services and products as appropriate. Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with automotive repair software.
