What You’ll Do:

Perform accurate and efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on all CJDR vehicles. Complete both warranty and a high volume of customer pay repairs according to Mopar standards. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and recommend necessary services. Document all repairs clearly and completely. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle needs. Stay current with the latest Mopar technical bulletins and training.

What You’ll Need:

Current Mopar Certification(s) required. Please specify if you need specific levels or areas of certification (e.g., Master Technician, Engine, Transmission, Electrical, etc.). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mopar Certified Technician is preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Mopar diagnostic tools and software (e.g., wiTECH). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
