Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about services, promotions, and policies.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing the service department’s calendar; to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
Service Notification:
Inform customers about available services, promotions, recalls, and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle history.
Collaboration:
Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth communication and a seamless experience for customers.
