Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to determine service needs and provide accurate estimates Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the team Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of services Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Utilize automotive diagnostics to assist in identifying service requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Six months in the field of automotive repair High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have a valid NC Driver’s License, Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. Ability to obtain appropriate certification in automotive technology in time frame specified by the city.
