Role:

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-orientedperson to join the team at a busy service center that’s alsoconnected to a public gas station. This role involves a mix ofadministrative tasks and customer interaction•perfect for someonewho’s organized, friendly, and comfortable juggling multipleresponsibilities. No automotive experience required•full trainingprovided!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers and answer incomingphone calls Check in service customers and create repair ordersHelp fuel customers at the on-site gas station when needed Createrepair estimates and communicate repair needs clearly Order partsfor approved repairs and handle any returns Create purchase ordersand deliver parts to technicians Accept rent payments and issuereceipts Scan completed repair orders into the system Reconcilepayments for repairs, rent, gas, and A/R at end of day

What We’reLooking For:

Strong customer service and phone skills Greatattention to detail and ability to multitask Organized andreliable, with a team-player mindset Automotive experience is aplus but not required Willingness to learn and take on a variety oftasks
