Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, and schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion and ensure customer satisfaction Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and excellent customer service skills Other duties may be assigned Qualifications•
