What You’ll Do:

Wave Your Wand:

Fix cosmetic damages like curb rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels using the latest tools and techniques.

Restore Wheels:

Remove wheels, repair them in your mobile truck, and place them back on the vehicle.

Detail Work:

Paint surfaces, inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finish.

What You Need:

Auto Painting Experience:

Preferred but not required.

Vision Abilities:

Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Grit:

Work outside in all kinds of weather.

Organizational Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with customers.

Manual Dexterity:

Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.

Work Ethic:

Self-motivation and independence.

Physical Stamina:

Kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 45 pounds.

Valid Driver’s License:

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
