Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change Position Overview The Lube Technician role at Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change is an entry-level position designed to familiarize new team members with our service standards, procedures, and customer-focused philosophy. This position serves as the foundation for advancement, with certification as a Certified Technician expected within 45 days of hire. In this role, you will learn and assist with our Full-Service Oil Change process, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related services Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience Complete required Rally Point training modules to achieve Certified Technician status

Certification Path:
