Join our team as a Lead Service Valet. You will work inconjunction with the Area Leader and assist with managing the totalservice delivery for the district’s apartment communities. Thisincludes providing direction and oversight for the part timeassociates (Service Valets) within the assigned district.

Sunday through Thursday/6pm-12amMileageReimbursement IncludedWhat you’ll be doing: Deliver on our “every door every night” business expectationand set the standard in delighting our residents Assist Area Leader with training Service Valets Spot-check Service Valets, focusing on safety, quality control,and productivity Collect same night missed trash, walk/track problemproperties Communicate with Area Leader concerning delays, unsafe sites,accidents, and other maintenance problems Provide waste and recycling collection coverage forunderstaffed properties within an assigned district Document and report all property and residentnon-compliance Provide oversight of the nightly collection process during theArea Leader’s days off Assist with evening recruiting efforts which may includereferral generation and flyer distribution Provide candidates with a realistic job preview from theService Valet perspective Assist with presentations during team meetings Assist the Area Leader with coordinating work schedules,evaluating job performance, and motivating Service Valets Provide leadership for the Service Valets in the areas ofsafety and trainingWhat you get: The option to get paid daily with the app DailyPay. Able to walk the distance of property, and be exposed todisagreeable odors Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple timesthroughout the evening Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize ourmobile app Flexibility to work a split schedule and/or be on call duringirregular hours depending on business needs High school diploma or GED equivalent.
