Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubricationservices for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that requireattention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations andfluid level checks. Basic computer knowledge/aptitude Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readilyavailable. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workingenvironment.

Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletasks. Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for allservices. Achieve SuperPro certification. Must have reliable transportation.

Essential Functions Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers. Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle whennecessary. Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specificationsof vehicle make/model. Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotationservice. Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline. Perform additional services on cooling systems andtransmissions. Perform second checks by visually verifying and performingproper callouts to ensure all necessary services have beenperformed correctly. Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiplevehicles. Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools toretrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform servicestop side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter,differential services, lubrication) Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above yourhead when performing services underneath the vehicle on acatwalk. Constantly positions self to perform required services underthe hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath thevehicle. Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50pounds. Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimeshard to reach areas. Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensureservices are performed accurately, safely and in the properorder.

Environment In this position you will be subject to environmentalconditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varyingtemperature conditions. In this position you will be subject to noise. There issufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heardabove ambient noise level. In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes avariety of conditions including but not limited to proximity tomoving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current,exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals. In this position you will be subject to atmospheric conditions.

One or more of the following conditions that may affect therespiratory system or skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases,restricted ventilation. In this position you will be required to function in narrowaisles or passageways such as catwalks.
