• Monday-Friday work schedule Your Key Responsibilities as a Master Technician
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of Euro and Domestic vehicles, with a key focus on German car brands.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a technician in a Euro/Domestic shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving skills and climate control understanding.
• Strong drivability diagnostics – must be able to diagnose transmission concerns, misfires, driveline concerns and cooling/ac concerns.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Experience using an oscilloscope.
• Ability to understand evaporative systems, secondary air systems, charge pressure control systems, electric power steering systems, abs/traction control systems and suspension control systems.
• Understand suspension geometry and be able to identify bent or damaged suspension components.
• Familiarity with Euro and Domestic vehicle systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
