This is a unique position. We are seeking an individual with previous automotive experience as a service advisor and/or service technician. This position will involve assisting the service department with opening and closing repair orders, reviewing and correcting technician stories for accuracy, test driving customer vehicles before repairs to assist technician with diagnosis, and test driving vehicles after repairs to check workmanship of technician, among other tasks assigned. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. CDK platform knowledge. Ability to write and correct technician stories on ROs. Ford Service Warranty Experience. Ability to work well with others as a member of a team. Excellent communication skills. State of NH inspection license. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
