This customer service position will be responsible for handlinginternet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

Understands automobiles by studying characteristics,capabilities, features; comparing and contrasting competitivemodels. Managing internet inquiries through dealership website andother online channels. Setting up customer appointments for sales department. Follow through on customer leads and build relationships withclients to close sales. Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base.
