What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the go-to person for our customers — greet, advise, and guide them through their service experience with professionalism and care. Coordinate between techs and customers — keep everyone in the loop. Manage appointments, workflow, estimates, and follow-ups with precision. Ensure every visit ends with satisfaction — and a return visit on the books.
