Ford-Certified Service Technician:

Perform work as outlined on repair order accurately in accordancewith dealership and factory standards Diagnose cause of anymalfunction and perform repair Efficiently repair automotivesystems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering,suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance withdealership standards. This includes diesel vehicles. Communicatewith parts department to obtain needed parts Examine the vehicle todetermine if additional safety or service work is required. Notifyservice advisor immediately if additional work outlined is notneeded or required Notify service advisor immediately if repairscannot be completed within the time promised Document workperformed Keep shop area neat, clean and be able to account for alldealership-owned tools at all times Must follow all company safetypolicies and procedures and immediately report any and allaccidents to a manager or supervisor Qualifications/Requirements –

Ford-Certified Service Technician:
