The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, particularly focusing on GM vehicles and diesel engines. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively interpret schematics and utilize hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose automotive issues using advanced automotive diagnostics tools and techniques. Repair and maintain diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Work with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality. Interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members regarding repairs and maintenance status. Skills Proficient in automotive repair techniques, with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance. Strong understanding of diesel engine repair processes and methodologies. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various automotive systems. Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus. Competent in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for effective repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
