Job Description
Automotive Used Car/ Mainline Technician 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Edison, NJ 08817 Bell Audi is NOW Looking for a Used Car / Mainline Technician ! Bell Audi is in need of a qualified technician to help recondition vehicles and perform work on all makes of vehicles. This technician will need to be able to all around diagnose and repair all makes and models . The perfect candidate will have 2+ years of experience working on used cars and experience performing recon . A & B level technicians are encouraged to apply!
Pay:
$25-$42 an flat rate per hour
DOE Responsibilities:
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Perform work specified on the repair order with accuracy and in a timely manner Stay up to date on most current technology, requirements and processes regarding service repairs Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and if so, the time needed to complete the additional repairs
Qualifications:
Strong automotive background 3-5 years Used car/recon experience required Strong teamwork skills Dealership experience required Must have clean driving record & valid driver’s license Must be 18 and over with at least 3 years driving experience Join our team as an Automotive Technician where your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction!
