Responsibilities:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training. Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.

Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Attention to detail Excellent communication Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience (3-5 years) ASE Certifications Honda experience is a huge plus Strong work ethic Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence The flat rate pay range for this position is $28.80-$39.00 per flat rate hour, based on experience. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
