Automotive Service BDC Representative / Customer Service Representative 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 48 Rt 46 East, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 The award winning Honda of Hackettstown is growing! We are hiring for our Service Call Center (Service BDC rep) and looking for a new member to join our very successful team. Previous experience is a plus but we will train the right individual that shows the motivation and talent needed to succeed in this field. Our BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling incoming & outgoing sales phone calls and service requests, as well as confirming service appointments. Compensation is a combination of competitive hourly pay and a generous monthly performance bonuses in addition to paid vacation time, health and dental insurance.
Job duties include:
Following up with customer requests, answering and making service calls & emails. Setting and following up on all appointments made or missed Staying current on all product knowledge Job specifications: Experience with automotive CRMs are a huge plus but not required Basic Computer knowledge is required Must be comfortable talking on the phone making 100+ calls daily You must be able to work evenings and Saturdays, this is a full time position Aggressive pay plans and paid training Benefits include medical, dental, and paid vacations
