Service Advisors/Writers Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Overseeing service orders and flow of the Drive Lane
• Distributing the work between technicians in an efficient manner
• Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous & professional service
• Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle’s problems or service, warranty and repairs

Ideal Service Writer/Advisor Candidates:

• HIGH-VOLUME

  service department experience Preferred

• Minimum 1+ Years Prior Service Writer/Advisor Experience is Preferred
• ANY service center/collision center experience is a HUGE Plus
• Main Line Service Writer experience is a HUGE plus
• KIA product knowledge, or other import, is a PLUS but NOT Required
• Experience writing warranty repair orders is a HUGE plus
• Strong customer service skills with focus on achieving high CSI at or above company standards
• Strong sales skills
• Professional appearance & demeanor preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual Ability is a PLUS (Spanish/English)
• Basic computer skills (Familiarity with DealerTrack & Total Customer Connect is a PLUS)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service
