Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience with Volkswagen and/or Audi, and a working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while helping our service department grow.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner Write repair orders accurately and clearly Communicate with technicians and update customers throughout the repair process Upsell recommended services and explain repairs in an understandable way Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets Manage and prioritize a fast-paced work environment Ensure all repairs and services are documented per manufacturer and dealership standards

Qualifications:

Previous Service Advisor experience required (VW/Audi preferred) Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage high customer volume Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license
