Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression. Listen to customer concerns and accurately recommend necessary services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and other routine maintenance. Clearly explain service options, timelines, and pricing to ensure customer understanding and confidence. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and timely service delivery. Manage customer transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate service records. Identify opportunities to recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines. Follow up post-service to confirm satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships. Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized service reception area. Qualifications Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in a dealership or independent service center. Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and services, particularly for domestic vehicles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and approachable manner. Proven ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
