Minimum of 1years experience and training as an automotive technician ValidDriver’s License Is self-motivated and is not afraid to bring newideas to the table Can operate with minimum supervision and stay onschedule Is familiar with a dealership atmosphere or is a quicklearner Is reliable, punctual, detail orientated, and takes pridein their work ASE Certification or equivalent is preferred Generaland competent language, interpretation, mathematical, and reasoningabilities Excellent communication and follow-up skills
