AnAutomotive Service Technician is responsible for accuratelyperforming automotive repairs and service in accordance with storeand factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction andsafety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose,maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Test componentsand systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Executerepairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Completeonline multi-point inspection reports
• Complete all work accordingto applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensurequality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair orders,record test procedures / results and time per company recodingprocedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Current state drivers license givingauthorization to operate motor vehicles
• Effective analytical andcommunication skills
• Basic computer knowledge a plus
• Ability tolearn new technology, repair and service procedures
• Ability tooperate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Automotive mechanicalexperience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on yourfeet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
