We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and expertise in diagnostics. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles through thorough inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs on various components including powertrain systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with service advisors to provide high-quality service to customers. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service or repair. (1 year minimum) Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with vehicle maintenance practices. Display a commitment to complete Mopar factory training to learn new technologies. Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
