What You’ll Do:

Be the

Director of First Impressions:

Warmly greet every customer, whether in person, on the phone, or via text, setting the stage for a positive experience.

Listen and Translate:

Actively listen to customer concerns and accurately translate their needs into clear and concise repair orders for our service technicians. Communicate with

Clarity:

Prepare and present detailed service estimates, explaining recommended repairs and timelines to customers in an easy-to-understand manner. Orchestrate the

Workflow:

Continuously liaise with technicians to monitor progress and ensure repairs are on schedule, providing regular and proactive updates to customers. Manage the

Schedule:

Skillfully manage our service schedule and appointments to optimize shop workflow and ensure a convenient experience for our clients.

Build Strong Partnerships:

Order necessary parts, manage inventory, and cultivate positive, professional relationships with our trusted vendors.

What You’ll Bring:

A genuine love for working with people and a consistently positive, friendly attitude. Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, clear writing, and the ability to explain technical information simply. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems and a willingness to learn new software. A strong desire to deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience. Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but a passion for the field and a commitment to learning are just as valuable.
