Job Description
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Ferrel’s Garage 365 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607 Ferrel’s Garage is looking to add an automotive mechanic. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have experience in various automotive repairs from the basics of changing oil, tires, and brakes, to diagnostic work and more involved jobs such as exhaust, engines and wiring. We work on a large variety of makes and models from antique to contemporary. We do expect you to have your own basic tools. We have scan tools as well as specialty tools here for doing specific jobs. Our workdays are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. We do not work weekends! We pay hourly, not flat rate! A valid drivers license is a must. We offer benefits, such as healthcare and retirement for established employees. We pay according to your ability and can increase your pay as you grow with us. ASE certifications are a plus. We do pay for future certifications and continuing education.
