The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating their automotive needs. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services and the ability to upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including brake repair, oil changes, shocks, struts, and other mechanical services. Prepare accurate auto estimates for repairs and maintenance. Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive products and services to effectively upsell additional services. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service appointments. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or as a Service Advisor is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including familiarity with brake repair, oil changes, shocks, struts, and auto body repair. Ability to perform auto estimating accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
