Transmit service recommendations based on diagnostic findings and customer requests. Provide accurate estimates for repairs, including auto estimating for various services such as oil changes, tire service, and air brake repairs. Align customer expectations with service capabilities while ensuring clarity in communication regarding timelines and costs.

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred. es.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
