This role requires daily operation of a company-provided service truck and a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Requirements Service Truck Operation:

Responsible for picking up and driving a service truck each day from the company warehouse. Must maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle.

Flexible Schedule:

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Field Service Expertise:

Strong experience with service work and troubleshooting , including diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.

Material Management:

Maintain adequate stock of materials on the truck, replenish as necessary, and ensure organization of tools and inventory. Work Tracking (WTs): Responsible for creating Work Tickets (WTs ) to accurately document: Hours of labor Materials used A brief, clear description of the work performed

Specialty Item Requests:

Proactively send requests to the Service Manage r for specialty parts or items that are not standard truck stock.

Licensing:

Must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing and demonstrate safe driving habits.
