WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

This Automotive Service Advisor – Auto Service Consultant role works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. As our Automotive Service Advisor – Auto Service Consultant, you’ll be the key to keeping our customers satisfied and their vehicles in top shape. Your day will begin with greeting customers and listening carefully to their needs, whether it’s routine maintenance or more complex repairs. You’ll act as the communication hub, keeping clients informed about their vehicle’s status and coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. You’ll be responsible for estimating repair costs, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth billing procedures. Throughout the day, you’ll be problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our high standards of service. Every task you handle will directly impact the quality of service and trust our customers have in us – making your role both vital and rewarding.
