A.W.), we don’t just say that we are “the fleet specialists” because it sounds fancy. We actively manage 3 different fleets that total around 150 cars, trucks, and shuttle buses. Our technicians have a combined 96 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, and all are PA inspection/emissions-certified. We work on all makes and models of cars and light trucks, as well as some service on medium trucks and motorcycles. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented mechanic to perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and servicing of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repairs and diagnostics and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles. Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the appropriate repair methods. Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems. Test vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns. Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Hiring for the following shifts:

Mon-Fri 5:00 am

• 1:30 pm or 8:30 am
• 5:00 pm shifts; Tue
• Sat 5 am
• 1:30 pm or 8:30 am
• 5:00 pm

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in automotive/machinery repair preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic preferred. Valid/Active PA State Inspection & Emissions License Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical positions. Pass Act 33, Act 34, MVR and pre-employment drug screen.
