- Drivers are welcome but
- not• required•: every home sits within a three-block walk of a bus or light-rail stop.
Our roster is expanding from ten to fourteen aides after new waiver authorizations, so we have
- multiple FT and PT seats that must be filled immediately

- Overflow shifts appear only when another aide is out and remain on the same transit corridors.
- What You’ll Do

- Companionship & Safety Supervision
- conversation, games, neighborhood walks, and fall-prevention cueing.2.
- Personal Care
- cueing or hands-on assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.3.
- Homemaking
- light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep that respects each client’s diet.4.
- Errands & Escort
- pharmacy runs or doctor visits within the same neighborhood (bus fare reimbursed).5.
- Wellness Monitoring
- note vitals, food intake, mood, and promptly chart in our mobile app.
- All tasks are authorized on each client’s state service plan; no skilled nursing or heavy lifts required.
- Minimum Requirements
- 18+years old, High-School diploma/GED
- Ability to pass PA State Police & DHS child-abuse checks
