Oil and Lube Technician Highland Integrity Alignment Natrona Heights, PA 15065 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our customers’ vehicles. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct tire services, including rotations and pressure checks. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during service operations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with customers about their vehicle needs. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Support the service team with heavy lifting and moving of equipment as necessary. Follow company protocols and safety guidelines while performing all tasks. Experience Previous experience as an oil and lube technician is required. Familiarity with automotive service procedures, particularly oil changes and tire services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to automotive maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the role.
