The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Generate service repair orders Motivate Service Technicians Close out customer invoices Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record Make recommendations based on time and mileage Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
