DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE VALET/LOT PORTER
(include but are not limited to): Meet and greet service customers Pickup and deliver customer cars for service work Park and retrieve customer vehicles Maintain the organization of vehicles Aware of dealership lot traffic flow Follow company safety procedures and policies
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE SERVICE VALET/LOT PORTER ROLE
Self-motivated Team player Dependability Customer service skills Service excellence attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate an automobile safely Ability to safely maneuver a vehicle in tight and small spaces A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
