Automotive Service Advisor 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 1360 Wilmington Pk, West Chester, PA 19382 Piazza Hyundai & Genesis of West Chester is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team of professionals in our high volume Service Department! The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Generate service repair orders Motivate Service Technicians Close out customer invoices Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record Make recommendations based on time and mileage Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
