Automotive Service Writer

Customer Interaction:
Greeting customers, actively listening to their concerns, and explaining vehicle issues.
Service Recommendations:
Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on their needs and budget.
Cost Estimation:
Providing accurate estimates for repairs and obtaining customer approval.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
Communication:
Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle’s service and explaining completed work.
Customer Satisfaction:
Handling customer complaints and ensuring a positive service experience.
Sales Support:
Generating sales of services and parts, potentially with incentives for upselling, according to a job description from ZipRecruiter.
Documentation:
Creating and maintaining accurate repair orders and customer records.
Warranty Administration:
