Responsibilities :
Greet customers and work to understand their needs. Work as a liaison between customers and service technicians working in the garage. Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs. Scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups. Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available service options to customers. Estimating costs for repairs and determining a repair timeline. Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
Requirements :
Reliable Team player Multi-tasker Professional attitude Customer service experience Proper phone etiquette Prior dealership experience is a plus Starting at $50,000/year pending experience
