Job Description:
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repair work at customer locations using a fully equipped mobile service van provided by the dealership. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys a high level of independence, problem-solving, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (battery replacements, multi point inspections, recalls, warranty work etc.) Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers Document work performed and communicate effectively with the main service team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile service van Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
Automotive Service Technician experience preferred (1+ year, but not required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in various environments and weather conditions Ford experience or certifications a plus, but not required
