Description of the role: Classic CDJR Lancaster is seeking anexperienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team inLancaster, South Carolina. As an Automotive Service Technician, youwill be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicleissues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring customersatisfaction. You will work with a wide range of vehicles,including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Responsibilities:

• Performmaintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, including but not limitedto oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and enginediagnostics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electricalissues.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools toaccurately identify problems.
• Follow established repairprocedures and guidelines.
• Complete repairs efficiently andwithin allotted timeframes.
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensurethey are functioning properly.
• Communicate with service advisorsand customers to explain findings and provide recommendations forrepairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Validdriver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience asan Automotive Service Technician.
• Strong mechanical andelectrical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detailand manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer serviceskills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extendedperiods.
