Express Service Technician Position Available In Mercer, Pennsylvania

Express Service Technician Montrose Nissan 1455 North Hermitage Road, Hermitage, PA 16148 Montrose Nissan has an immediate need for an Express Service Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. They also conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to service advisors. The role requires strong technical skills, efficient work practices, and effective communication with both customers and team members. This is a new role with plenty of room for growth!

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance:

Performing oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other routine services.

Light Repairs:

Addressing minor issues like bulb replacements or wiper blade changes.

Inspections:

Conducting thorough multi-point inspections to identify potential problems.

Fluid Checks:

Inspecting and topping off various vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, etc.).

Communication:

Clearly communicating inspection findings and recommended services to service advisors.

Customer Service:

Providing a positive customer experience and answering basic inquiries.

Safety Procedures:

Following all safety protocols and handling hazardous materials according to regulations. Maintaining a

Keeping the service area organized, clean, and safe.
