Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs. Clearly explain diagnoses and recommended repairs to service advisors and customers. Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training. Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings and necessary repairs. Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding job status and updates.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic ASE Certification preferred Experience with used vehicles is a plus Strong diagnostic and repair skills Familiarity with shop equipment (alignment systems, diagnostic tools, A/C machines, etc.) Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must supply and maintain personal tools in good working condition Team player with a customer-first mindset
