About the Job Trailer Mechanics are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trailers to ensure they are safe and compliant with regulatory standards. What we offer:
$26-$30/hour starting pay based on experience. Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days. Shop and mobile positions available. Paid holidays. 401(k) after 1 year. Overtime after 40 hours. Shifts:
Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 6:00AM-2:30PM 2:00PM-10:30PM 10:30PM-6:00AM Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components. Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems. Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service. Maintain positive working relationships with customers. Properly operate the mobile Service Truck. Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet availability. Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck. Requirements Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic. Strong knowledge of trailer repair and maintenance techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift 50lbs.
