What You’ll Do:

Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls. Greet customers , inspect their vehicles, and address concerns. Advise customers on recommended services, costs, and maintenance plans. Offer additional products and services , including special promotions. Track vehicle progress from service entry to completion. Keep customers informed of any changes, delays, or additional repairs. Review completed work orders with customers, ensuring satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in automotive service (dealership or independent repair shop preferred). Prior Nissan dealership experience is a plus! Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to explain repairs clearly. Excellent customer service and communication skills . A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent . Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR .
