The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial tires and a passion for maintaining and servicing a variety of commercial tires. As a Fleet Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of customer fleet operations.
Responsibilities Tire Inspections:
Conduct thorough inspections of tires for tread depth, sidewall damage, and other issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Tire Maintenance:
Perform tire rotations, balancing, and inflation, as well as repairs and replacements.
Fleet Management:
Manage tire inventory, track tire performance, and recommend tire strategies to optimize fleet tire life and minimize downtime.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of tire maintenance and repairs.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines related to tire handling and vehicle maintenance. Experience Proven experience as a commercial tire technician. Clean MVR to be a driver on company policy. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team environment. Great pay and benefits with monthly commission, company truck and fuel card.
