Lube and Tire Technician Onyx Towing llc 112 South Parler Avenue, Saint George, SC 29477 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance services on vehicles, primarily focusing on oil changes and other fluid services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, a passion for vehicles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute maintenance tasks effectively. Conduct tire services, including rotations and pressure checks. Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on vehicle maintenance. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient operations within the dealership. Experience Previous experience in automotive service or as a mechanic is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and dealership operations is advantageous. Knowledge of tire service procedures and automotive diagnostics is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on sales techniques to promote additional services when appropriate. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
